Books and notes stay on your device
There is no account, developer-hosted library, advertising or analytics SDK. Imported files, text, reading positions, bookmarks, highlights, notes, settings, dictionaries and fonts are processed and stored locally, without automatic uploads to developer servers. No books are supplied. The Android app does not request the INTERNET permission.
Read-aloud & system services
Read-aloud only selects installed voices marked as offline. A separate system speech engine processes the text and may have its own network permissions. Install voices beforehand and confirm they work offline. Temporary text and short audio segments stay on the device and are cleared when read-aloud stops. Importing, saving, sharing and opening external pages can use system or third-party services you choose, under their own policies.
Local statistics & PDF conversion
Reading statistics are off by default. If enabled, estimated reading time and book titles are kept locally by day and book. You can disable, export or clear them. Read-aloud time and detailed interaction histories are not recorded or uploaded. Android PDF ebook conversion extracts existing text locally without changing the original PDF. No scanned-page OCR or cloud recognition is provided. Intermediate page caches are used only for resuming local conversion.
Backups, deletion & changing devices
You choose when to export backups; restoration runs locally. Full backups may include originals, text, notes and related settings. Reading statistics, dictionaries and imported fonts are excluded from book backups. Uninstallation, clearing app data or device failure may remove local data. Keep backups outside the app. Android system cloud backups and automatic device transfers are disabled for the app.
Visiting this website
This website has no advertising, analytics scripts, external fonts or online QR service, requires no account and has no book upload form. QR codes are generated offline before publication. To serve pages and downloads, the hosting service receives necessary technical information such as IP address, browser information and request time. This website does not use it to create reading profiles.
Feedback you choose to send
The developer receives your email address, message and attachments only if you choose to send them, for support and troubleshooting. Reading content is never attached automatically. Avoid sending unnecessary personal information or books you are not entitled to share. Contact the address above about information you have already supplied.
